How To Order A Time Coded Demo DVD or Demo Screener From BNVN

While the BNVN Producers Access Members section has very high quality online time coded videos of all of our catalogs in our archive, along with the exclusive links which you can download to use in your Non Linear Editing (NLE) system, sometimes you just need a physical copy of the video on DVD or VHS to preview for use in your project.

Before ordering a demo from BNVN, we will need to know the video Catalog ID. Simply email us or call us to complete the rest of the transaction for the demo video. Once we have your order in the system, we will send you a demo footage agreement and credit card authorization form for you to fill out and fax or email back to us.

Once we receive payment, we will burn the DV AVI or Quick Time DV/DVC Pro (your choice) file footage to a "Data DVD" that you can view on the computer and import into your NLE system.

When your done editing your project, simply provide us with the Edit Decision List or "EDL" from your NLE system that will contain the BNVN Catalog Number or Number's depending on how many different demo videos you are using from BNVN. The EDL will simply list the Catalog ID and the IN and OUT time codes associated with the Catalog ID that will match up with our On Screen Time Code or "OSTC"

What does a demo DVD cost from BNVN? Due to the time involved in making the demo DVD's vs our free online demos or the Members / Producers section where everything is already done and ready for viewing, we charge $150.00 per demo DVD for the first 3 video catalogs plus shipping.

The cost of shipping depends upon your needs and in most cases, clients provide us with their overnight shipping account information to pick up the charges.

Were looking for the Hurricane Katrina Demo Video? If your looking for the complete Hurricane Katrina stock video collection, we charge $300.00 for the DVD demo footage. This footage is not on a "DATA DVD" but is burned to a DVD-R disk to be viewed in any late model DVD Player or computer DVD player. So why so much for the Katrina Demo DVD? Simple, we have almost 5 hours of footage from Hurricane Katrina hitting New Orleans, LA from August 27th - August 30th, 2005. That is the edited down footage from almost 12 hours of raw footage.

Do you need a VHS Time Coded Demo? We still do some VHS Time Coded demo tapes for customers but we do charge a fee of $100 Per VHS Tape on top of the fee's above due to the extra time needed in recording in real time vs. a data transfer to burn a Data DVD. Please Note, if you need Hurricane Katrina VHS Demo Tape, that is Five VHS TAPES so it will be an additional $500.00 to get the footage on VHS vs Data DVD.

RUSH, WE NEED IT YESTERDAY!!! In A Hurry and need the demo footage now for a project your working on for a tight deadline? For our Producers Access Members, we can FTP most of our video files to our FTP Server for you to download or upload them to your FTP server after receiving payment for the demo footage. You can see it today and get it today in DV AVI or Quick Time DV/DVC Pro. Note, due to some file sizes, it may take several hours to upload the footage to the FTP Server.
